Our founders
Our founders started Soliper to make the proven performance gains of business-led, cross-functional integration—shaped and matured through years of hands-on experience in leading technology companies—accessible to other organizations.
Günther van de Rijt brings over 25 years of international experience across Procurement, Product Development, Operations, and operational transformation. He has held senior and executive roles at global companies including Canon, Philips Healthcare, Ista, and Sartorius. With an engineering background and a strong business mindset, he has led organizations through structural improvements, strengthening supply chains, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and delivering sustainable cost reductions.
He has built robust supplier networks across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., delivered double-digit cost savings, scaled production capacity, and reduced supply risks through strategic sourcing initiatives such as insourcing and outsourcing, value and reverse engineering, and supplier transitions.
Günther holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, having studied at both TU Delft and ETH Zürich, and earned an MBA (cum laude) from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is based in Germany and is fluent in German, English, and Dutch.

Koen Rijnsaardt
Koen Rijnsaardt brings over 25 years of international experience in Procurement, Product Development, Project and Quality Management. He has held senior and executive roles at companies such as Canon, ASML, Neways, Marel, Agfa, and Sartorius, across industries including Electronics, Biotech, Healthcare, Automotive, and Food & Beverage.
He has led high-tech New Product Introductions, large-scale production transfers between Europe and Asia, and implemented quality systems that boosted output and reduced cost. Koen has built strong supplier networks, delivered cost-down programs—including Capex—and driven results through a pragmatic, business-focused approach in both direct and indirect procurement.
Koen holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft. He lives in the Netherlands and is fluent in Dutch and English.
